Refund Policy

We want you to love your Urban Setters gear. Here's how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, email us at tw.thamizh@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return, or use our Contact page. Once approved, we'll share instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and, subject to stock availability, we'll arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale, clearance, or items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
